John has been a licensed real estate professional since 1984 and a licensed broker since 1999. As of January of 2001 he is also a licensed broker in the State of Wisconsin. He has been successful in completing sales and lease transactions in office, retail, industrial, and land and investment properties. In these transactions he has represented Owners as well as Buyers and Tenants.

John has had extensive experience in working with the many cities in Illinois and Wisconsin in regard to various transactions relating to zoning and land uses.
Investor programs have also been a focus of his with transactions on industrial space as well as apartment complexes. Having developed a “Pro-Forma” program for investors he has been able to simplify investment analysis for his clients.
In addition, John’s client base includes many business owners who also seek to purchase or invest in businesses. As business broker John works with his clients in their acquisitions, sales and valuation of businesses. He has represents clients in food distribution, restaurant and manufacturing industries.
